My name is Stanford, but you can call me Ford! 
I am a japanese+white gay transman born & raised in Chicago.
Due to wasting my formative years abusing drugs and not taking advantage of the resources around me given the state I was in and the personal issues in my household, I am trying to play catch-up in a lot of different ways: emotionally, educationally, even physically (as I wasn't in the best bodily health for a very long time). My hope is that keeping a blog will help me better shape who I am as an individual, and inspire me to continue to learn about the world around me that I have shut myself away from for the past decade. I'm currently very fixated on any STEM related topics, though I've always had a deep fascination with biology and zoology the most. I have a deep love for and an intertwined history with the arts and literature (particularly nonfiction). Sometimes I post my own.
I've been on the internet for much longer than I should've been, making my first DeviantART account around 2015 when I was 9 (which you can see on the wayback machine here ! Please ignore how horribly unsafe I was sharing personal info back then. ) I posted drawings made with my fingers on my touchscreen school chromebook utilizing the dAmuro feature at the time. Thanks to the internet, I've been openly queer for a decade, and have finally started testosterone as of June 2026 :) the internet is also what brought together me & my dear boyfriend whom I've known since we were in 3rd grade sharing septiplier fanfiction with eachother- now we share a home, love, and testosterone. Ever since the weird wide web took me in, I've considered it to be my home- though I've never made a proper place for me to stay, since I'd constantly delete and switch accounts everywhere... So let this be my cabin in the internet woods! My online field notes!

( P.S. I have a plethora of things, but the only one worth mentioning is that I am the host of my DID system & I'm a fictive integrated with its core. I don't mind other Fords at all. )
